For more than a decade, Goda has partnered with Sumitomo on a wide range of successful promotions. One example is the development of an Internet-based distributor sales site. One month after launch, 25% of Sumitomo’s total orders were place through this site. As a result, Sumitomo was able to drastically reduce customer service time associated with traditional telephone orders.
