Popular in Japan, these cutting-edge shears were virtually unknown to the U.S. floral market. We developed a product name (Ohana means flower in Japanese), identity and logo to connect the unique design of Ohana Floral Shears to their application. We then devised a range of promotions, including direct mail, packaging, e-blasts, press releases, ads, tradeshow events, fliers and an e-commerce website to create interest and excitement in the shears.
